The Embassy currently oversees Philippine bilateral relations with Kenya, Burundi, Comoros, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Malawi, Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, Seychelles, Somalia, South Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda.

The Embassy also serves as the Philippine Mission to the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) and the UN Human Settlements Programme (UN Habitat).
