2025 National Elections - Start of Online Voting on 13 April 2025
The Philippine Embassy wishes to inform the public that registered overseas voters in Kenya, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Republic of the Congo, Malawi, Rwanda, Seychelles, Somalia, South Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda may start voting on Sunday, 13 April 2025 at 08:00 AM (Nairobi Time).
FOR REGISTERED OVERSEAS VOTERS DONE WITH ENROLLMENT FOR ONLINE VOTING:
STEP 1. LOG-IN TO THE VOTING PORTAL. Open your browser and go to ov.comelec.gov.ph/vote. Log-in to the voting portal using your email / mobile number and password.
STEP 2. START CASTING YOUR VOTE. Follow the instructions. Select up to 12 senators and 1 party-list representative then “Cast” your ballot.
FOR REGISTERED OVERSEAS VOTERS NOT YET ENROLLED FOR ONLINE VOTING:
STEP 1. ENROLL FOR ONLINE VOTING. Open your browser and go to ov.comelec.gov.ph/enroll. Follow the instructions for creating an account. In capturing the ID (ex. Passport, National ID, etc.) and facial recognition, ensure that you are in a well-lit place with a plain background. For unsuccessful enrollment needing Manual Verification, please get in touch with the Embassy at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Pre-enrollment period will end on 07 May 2025.
STEP 2. LOG-IN TO THE VOTING PORTAL. Upon receipt of email validation from COMELEC, you may now access the voting portal provided in the email / mobile phone or go to ov.comelec.gov.ph/vote. Log-in your email / mobile number and password you created.
STEP 3. START CASTING YOUR VOTE. Follow the instructions. Select up to 12 senators and 1 party-list representative then “Cast” your ballot.
The Embassy will be open daily from 13 April to 12 May 2025 from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM to provide assistance related to pre-enrollment and online voting process.
Last day of Online Voting is 12 May 2025 at 07:00 PM (Philippine Time).
