2025 National Elections - End of Enrollment for Online Voting on 07 May 2025
The Philippine Embassy wishes to inform registered overseas Filipino voters in Kenya, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), the Republic of the Congo, Malawi, Rwanda, Seychelles, Somalia, South Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda that the deadline for enrollment for online voting is on Wednesday, 07 May 2025.
The Embassy wishes to remind everyone that only registered voters who have completed the enrollment for online voting can cast their votes for the 2025 National Elections.
TO VOTE ONLINE, MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:
STEP 1. ENROLL FOR ONLINE VOTING. Open your browser and go to ov.comelec.gov.ph/enroll. Follow the instructions for creating an account. In capturing the ID (ex. Passport, PhilSys National ID, Philippine Driver’s license, or Seaman’s book) and facial recognition, ensure that you are in a well-lit place with a plain background. STEP 2. LOG-IN TO THE VOTING PORTAL. Upon receipt of email validation from COMELEC, you may now access the voting portal provided in the email / mobile phone or go to ov.comelec.gov.ph/vote. Log-in your email / mobile number and password you created.
STEP 3. START CASTING YOUR VOTE. Follow the instructions. Select up to 12 senators and one (1) party-list representative, then “Cast” your ballot.
Last day of Online Voting is 12 May 2025 at 07:00 PM Philippine Time (2:00 PM Nairobi Time).
