Outbreak of Marburg Viral Disease (MVD) in Bukoba District, North Western part of Tanzania
The Filipino community in Tanzania is advised that the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania released Travel Advisory No. 13 dated 22 March 2023, with immediate effect, following the declaration of the Government of the outbreak of Marburg Viral Disease (MVD).
The Embassy urges the Filipino community in Tanzania to adhere to the implemented public health measures to prevent local and international spread of the disease.
