Nairobi, 30 May 2022 – The Philippine Embassy in Nairobi, led by Ambassador Marie Charlotte G. Tang, joined the nation in celebrating Pambasang Araw ng Watawat with a flag-raising ceremony on 30 May 2022 at the Embassy grounds.

By virtue of Executive Order No. 179 s.1994, National Flag Days are observed from 28 May to 12 June of every year. All Filipinos are encouraged to display the Philippine flag in offices, agencies and instruments of government, business establishments, schools, and private homes during this period. END
