NAIROBI, 08 March 2023 - The Philippine Embassy in Nairobi joins the celebration of the 2023 International Women's Day (IWD 2023).

For this year, the UN designated the theme "DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality" to celebrate women and girls who champion transformative technology and digital education and inclusion.

For the Philippines, the IWD is observed as part of the National Women's Month Celebration (NWMC) under the theme "WE for gender equality and inclusive society".
