COMELEC’S iRehistro platform now available
The iRehistro Platform of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) is now accessible through the link https://irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/ovf1.
Filipinos in Kenya and other countries under the jurisdiction of the Philippine Embassy in Nairobi[1] who wish to register for overseas voting may use the iRehistro platform to fill out the OVF-1 Application Form. Please print the system-generated PDF with QR code and bring it to the Embassy to proceed with the registration, which includes the applicant’s enrollment of biometrics.
Kindly note that the iRehistro is NOT an online registration system. It is only used to fill out and generate the OVF-1 Application Form with QR code. No personal data will be saved or retained on the iRehistro platform.
The Embassy is open for overseas voting registration from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding weekends and holidays. Registration is free and appointment is not required.
The deadline for overseas voting registration is 30 September 2024.

State of Emergency in Seychelles
Following the declaration of state of emergency in Seychelles**, the Filipino community in Seychelles is advised to adhere to the directives from local authorities, follow safety protocols being implemented, and to continue to monitor local developments.
The Embassy also requests the Filipino community living in Mahe to update the Consulate in Victoria, Seychelles on their situation, in light of the explosion in the early morning of 7 December 2023.
