Embassy closed on 14-18 April 2022 but open for Overseas Voting

In observance of Philippine and Kenyan Holidays, the Embassy will be CLOSED to the public on:
14 April 2022 - Maundy Thursday
15 April 2022 - Good Friday
18 April 2022 - Easter Monday
However, pursuant to COMELEC Resolution No. 10750 Article VI Section 27 on overseas voting for the National Elections, the Embassy will be open for overseas voting. Qualified Filipino voters may cast their votes on the above-mentioned dates from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (no lunch break). The voting period runs from 10 April until 09 May 2022.

The Embassy encourages the public to continue using the following online platforms for consular transactions, for their own convenience:

However, the Embassy reiterates that it continues to welcome walk-in applicants especially for urgent/emergency cases, courtesy-lane eligible applicants [i.e. senior citizens, pregnant applicants, solo parents, persons with disabilities (PWDs), minors who are seven (7) years old and below, and Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), and those availing themselves of civil registry and authentication services.

To observe COVID-19 health protocols, only the client with the consular transaction will be allowed into the Embassy premises.
