Updated Health Protocols and Minimum Public Health Standards for Travelers to/from the Philippines
The public is advised of the following updated protocols* on vaccination certificates for travelers to and from the Philippines, in view of the lifting of the state of public health emergency throughout the Philippines:
- For International Arrivals: Presentation of vaccination status and vaccination certificate for COVID-19 is not required. All arriving international travelers are accepted regardless of their vaccination status;
- For Departing International Travelers: The vaccination requirements depend on the destination country. The Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) recommends that travelers check the requirements of their destination country; and
- For OFWs and Seafarers: The issuance of the International Certificate of Vaccination for Prophylaxis for Yellow Fever Vaccine and other vaccination depends on the requirement of the agency/company.
Please be guided accordingly.

The public is reminded that all inbound travelers to the Philippines are required to fill out the electronic Travel Registration (e-Travel) through https://etravel.gov.ph/. The new portal replaces the previous e-Arrival Card Registration and www.onehealthpass.com.ph.
Registering and updating information in the e-Travel portal is free of charge.

The public is encouraged to report to the Philippine Embassy if they encounter fake websites that are charging fees for e-Travel Registration.
Inbound travelers to the Philippines may register at https://etravel.gov.ph/ not earlier than 72 hours from their intended arrival in the Philippines. Travelers may be asked to present their e-Travel QR code generated from the website prior to flight boarding.
Thank you.
