The public is advised that the iRehistro platform, which is used to accomplish the OVF-1 application form for the ongoing overseas voter registration, was taken offline for system enhancements and maintenance, effective 5:00 PM on 13 October 2023 until further notice.

OFW PASS App

The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) has launched a mobile application (app) named OFW Pass that is currently on test run in selected countries. The app is an online platform that enables OFWs to quickly access the services of the DMW. It has the following features:

It replaces the Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) with an online version;
Each OFW Pass account is a repository of the OFW’s vital information, such as passport details, personal details, and employment contracts; and
It includes a directory of the hotlines of all Philippine Embassies, Philippine Consulates General and Migrant Workers Offices (MWOs) worldwide.

The app, already available for download at Google Play Store and App Store, is not yet fully operational in Africa and is still undergoing technical changes and improvements. Thus, OFWs are kindly requested to monitor developments.
